This Saturday, October 22nd, is the Drug Enforcement Administration’s 12th National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. At the previous take-back day, the DEA and their partners collected 447 tons of unwanted medications at more than 5,400 sites.
Rutgers APhA-ASP Generation Rx Chapter, whose goal is to prevent the misuse and abuse of prescription drugs, is partnering up with the RUPD to provide a safe, free, easy and anonymous Prescription Drug Take-Back.
Please bring any old, expired or unused medications to the Brower Common Steps on 10/22 from 11AM – 2PM.
This is an opportunity to do your part in curtailing drug abuse and misuse! The event is open to the public. Check out the Facebook page event and click Going!
